Hours: 37 hours per week

Celtic Leisure is looking to appoint a Facility Manager for the Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre. The focus for the FM will be on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving increased participation, boosting commercial performance, and creating a positive social impact—all while fostering strong collaboration with strategic partners.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that all aspects of service delivery across the company exceed the growing expectations of our customer base.
