Responsibilities
- Support health and safety operations
- Drive customer service excellence
- Manage the lifeguard team
- Provide safe and effective pool supervision
- Lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
- Assume Duty Manager role when needed
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required
- NPLQ training will be provided
- First Aid at Work qualification is required
- Pool Plant Operators qualification is required
- Training for First Aid and Pool Plant Operators will also be provided
- DBS check will be required before start
Work Schedule
This position will involve day, evening, and weekend work, including public holidays.
