About the role
At Stratford Leisure Centre, Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to lead our active community sessions at various venues and deliver an exciting and varied programme for all ages during term times and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead active community sessions in a fun and friendly environment.
- Engage with children and a range of ages.
- Act as a positive role model for the active communities team and consistently promote the company’s vision and values.
- Implement child behavioural strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners including clubs, schools and local groups.
Qualifications
- Reliable with good time‑keeping skills.
- Minimum of Level 2 coaching/leading/fitness qualifications or equivalent; ideally a qualification in sports leadership.
- DBS clearance required prior to starting. Training can be arranged if needed.
