At Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual, who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about actively working within our local community to engage residents in activity that will improve their health and wellbeing.
- Fitness level 2/3
- Group exercise qualifications such as Yoga and Pilates and, ideally, Strength and Balance (Otago)
- Wide experience of leading group exercise classes, particularly those aimed at older people or people with medical conditions.
- Good organisational skills to administer activities to deliver the Local Community Wellbeing Plan.
- Ensure that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved in the activities you oversee.
- Otago (Strength and Balance), GP Referral and First Aid at Work qualifications desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
- Sports coaching qualifications also an advantage.
- MUST have a full driving licence.
