FITNESS MOTIVATOR AND PERSONAL TRAINER

12 Hours per week plus personal training. Excellent salary plus benefits.

We are looking for an ambitious and self‑motivated individual ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

We require a committed and dynamic motivator to deliver a world‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through consistent delivery of personal training, group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
  • Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values.
  • Make every member’s visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back.
  • Build and develop your personal training business at the centre.
  • Deliver personal training and support our group exercise programme.
  • Work days, evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

  • Current Personal Training Level 3 qualification.
  • DBS check completed.
