The Leigh Academy is seeking a passionate Student Services Manager to support the social and emotional wellbeing of students at our Maidstone campus. You will play a key role in pastoral care, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment where every student can thrive and feel valued.
Working with the Senior Leadership Team, Head of Therapy, teachers and other professionals, you will help develop and deliver intervention programmes such as social skills, resilience, and anger management sessions.
