We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational SEN Teacher (Post 16) to join our team at Pathfinder College. Pathfinder College supports young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through a carefully designed curriculum that bridges education, independence, and employability. Our Post-16 students follow a bespoke learning pathway focused on academic development, life skills, communication, emotional wellbeing, and preparation for adulthood, delivered through a Primary Teaching Model that ensures consistency, security, and personalised support.
