Role Overview

Leigh Academy Blackheath is looking for a Cover Supervisor to start September 2026.

The role involves managing classrooms and championing positive learning during short-term teacher absences.

Lesson materials will be fully supplied and where possible candidates will be matched with their preferred subject areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage classroom operations and deliver lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Maintain a positive, engaging learning environment during teacher absences.
  • Build instant rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Adapt to different class sizes and subject areas as required.

Qualifications
