The Floor Supervisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional day to day service at The Leicester Arms. This position is responsible for leading the floor during service, supporting the management team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring every guest receives warm, professional, detail driven hospitality.
As a Floor Supervisor, you are expected to lead by example at all times. You will help create a service culture that is polished, personal, and consistent, while ensuring the restaurant, bar, terrace, and guest areas are well organised, well presented, and running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy hospitality environment
- Experience serving on the floor in a quality food led pub, restaurant, or hotel
- Strong service skills and confidence leading a section or shift
- A positive, hands on attitude with a genuine love of hospitality
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
