The Leicester Arms is a busy Kent pub and inn seeking an experienced, energetic Assistant General Manager to join our management team. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll lead restaurant and bar services, supervise front-of-house staff and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You should have proven hospitality management experience, be guest-focused and able to manage shifts, payroll controls and costs while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
