Embark on a thrilling journey where strategic vision meets operational excellence. This role is at the heart of driving regional responses to global S&OP processes, ensuring supply plans are both feasible and resilient. As a senior decision-maker, shape supply allocation strategies, manage excess inventory, and provide cross‑regional support. Represent the region in global forums and collaborate with peers to shape SIP strategy, offering leadership and strategic decision‑making authority!

Core Responsibilities

Ultimately the role is about providing TLG leadership, strategic decision‑making authority and representation of the region in global processes. The EMEA SIP team works closely with BUs, Demand Planning and packing sites to make products available on time to support commercial plans. This involves developing production strategies to handle uncertainty in demand, as well as supply chain constraints to deliver the best possible availability, whilst minimising inventory obsolescence exposure. The role supports the Head of SIP, providing leadership of S&OP, excess and cross flow processes across the region and with global alignment. Key is ensuring feasibility of supply plans to support commercial ambition whilst simultaneously driving accountability to minimise financial risks, including regional level stock provisions.
