Want to make a difference in children’s lives? Are you a phenomenal team player, passionate about social impact & reaching children with learning through play? Join the Social Responsibility team! By joining our EMEA Social Responsibility team, you will support our programmes in order to reach even more children. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for a period of 12 months as part of the LEGO Group's intern programme.

Application Requirements

  • A current CV detailing your education and/or relevant experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • This 12-month paid internship is full-time (37.5 h/week), based in our London office (minimum 3 days/week on site).
  • Candidates must be 18+ years of age at the time the contract starts and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
  • Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the UK and wider EMEA team to innovate and scale community impact programmes through effective partnership support, data collection and processing.
  • Support the UK team in the delivery of volunteering and other events with local partners.
  • Lead on the donation of play boxes to schools and local charities and facilitate play training/sessions.
  • Support the UK programme in recruitment of employee volunteers & provide administration to achieve high reach and engagement.
  • Support the wider EMEA team with activation where relevant.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Proven interest in social impact/social responsibility.
  • Passionate about working with children & learning through play.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and commitments.
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Professional attitude within the workplace.
  • Ability to write and speak fluent English.
  • 1‑2 professional or educational references.
