The LEGO Group is looking for two passionate marketing interns with a creative problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude to come and join our Marketing team in a full-time role for 12 months. You will help safeguard one of the most beloved brands in the world, ultimately supporting our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.

Application requirements:

  • A current CV detailing your education and/or relevant experiences.
  • A cover letter describing why you are interested in and a good fit for this internship as well as your availability (start date / duration / weekly hours).

Eligibility criteria:

  • Internship Dates: 13th July 2026 to 23rd July 2027.
  • This internship is full-time (37.5h/week), based in our Slough office (minimum 3 days/week on site).
  • Candidates must be 18+ years of age (at the time of contract starting on 13th July 2026) and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
  • Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course.
  • The intention is that the candidate will return to higher education/training on completion of the internship period.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that will strengthen our brand and drive sales, ensuring effective and efficient executions.
  • Help activate impactful marketing campaigns from conception through to execution and evaluation.
  • Responsibilities could include objective setting, consumer communications planning and post campaign analysis.
  • Support the broader marketing team to help enable the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth delivery of executions across the full Marketing mix.
  • Work in close partnership with key local, Western Europe and Global teams across the business, as well as external agencies, to support campaign delivery.
  • Support the wider marketing team to utilise and adapt point of sale materials, briefing and developing bespoke materials when necessary with relevant agencies.
  • Support senior marketing managers in managing communications, post-campaign reviews, consolidating and developing holistic learning for future campaigns and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work with wider marketing teams to collate and track key data.
  • Interpret and share this analysis with global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing team to showcase key activities across the business.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Interest in marketing, media principles and marketing / retail trends.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to analyse large data sets and distil insights.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with key Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and commitments.
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
  • Can do attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Proactivity and confidence to make decisions, manage expectations and meet deadlines.
