Would you like to develop your Customer Operations knowledge, harnessing your energy and desire to help grow the LEGO brand? The LEGO Group is looking for a passionate Customer Operations intern with a focused problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude to come and join our Operations team in a full-time role for 12 months. You will support a number of customer accounts, processing their orders, ensuring they have the right stock and managing any claims. You will help facilitate commercial execution on one of the most beloved brands in the world, ultimately supporting our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.

Eligibility criteria
- Internship Dates: 13th July 2026 to 23rd July 2027.
- This internship is full-time (37.5h/week), based in our Slough office (minimum 3 days/week on site).
- Candidates must be 18+ years of age (at the time of contract starting on 13th July 2026) and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
- Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course. The intention is that the candidate will return to higher education/training on completion of the internship period.
Core Responsibilities
- Work to ensure product launch and promotional campaign timings are met in-line with the LEGO Group internal processes.
- Provide a key point of internal/external contact for all matters relating to short-term flow of goods and order management for specific customers.
- Process and resolve customer claims and ensure available credit is sufficient for orders.
- Embrace continuous improvement mindset and work to improve functional day to day processes for the team.
- Actively review customers weekly orders vs stock and sales data. Supporting the Customers and the Business Unit's inventory management agenda.
The Customer Operations team is responsible for all LEGO UK & Ireland order management, inventory management and handling of customer claims. The team works with a variety of external customers ranging from major multinational retailers to local businesses. It is a fast-paced area which rewards planning and a collaborative approach. As part of the team, you will help to optimize the flow of goods and collections for the LEGO Group.

- Proven interest in Customer Operations and or Supply Chain.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing (English proficiency).
- Ability to analyse large data sets and distill insights.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (incl. Excel).
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
- Can do attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Proactivity and confidence to make decisions, manage expectations and meet deadlines.
