Ready to shape the future of global logistics? Join us as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy!

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy to help develop both our regional and global Supply Chain operations strategy. You’ll play a key role in building operational capabilities, drive Key Performance Indicator improvements, and turning data insights into smart business decisions. Core Responsibilities

  • Support development of logistics network strategy globally for future fulfilment capacity/capability with a focus on direct to consumer.
  • Operationalize systems capabilities and Key Performance Indicator improvements for ecommerce operations in conjunction with key business/functional collaborators.
  • Leverage data to analyse plans relevant to our distribution operation in order to understand key trade-offs, build business cases and drive decision making across the function
  • Lead and support specific strategic distribution projects across Market Groups as required.

Supply Chain Operations (SCO) is responsible for the planning, demand management and distribution of finished goods from factory through to delivery at customer & shoppers across both B2B and D2C channels (LEGO Retail). Within SCO the purpose of supply chain development/strategy is to understand the commercial, customer and shopper needs in order to shape, socialise and implement both the in year priorities and the long term strategy (2-3 years), vision and direction. The focus of the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Strategy will be supporting the SCO relationship with LEGO Retail however the role will functionally sit within EMEA SCO.

This role will put you at the heart of the future supply chain decision making, meaning you can play a significant part in helping to reach more children across the region and ensuring The LEGO Group is set up for future growth.

Do You Have What It Takes

  • Experience in distribution, logistics or fulfillment (ideally in retail, e-commerce or consumer goods) with experience of building operational solutions to support growth strategies
  • Track record of driving or supporting operational change projects
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate options and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to work across functions globally (often online) whilst making a positive personal impact across stakeholders
  • Understanding of cost analysis and financial impact of supply chain decisions.
  • Ability to present complex scenarios/trade-off’s in a simple format.
  • It will be beneficial to have experience working with SAP, knowledge of process improvement methodologies and being competent with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

The position is based in London, UK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
