We are thrilled to be hiring for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Markets & Channels organization which is a global team working across our B2B Market Groups with a directive to optimize commercial momentum, support Group‑wide commercial strategies and drive commercial insights and capability building in how we activate our brand and go to market. Are you passionate about motivating a team of data scientists and engineers, rallying collaborators – from executive leaders to local users – around your digital product to drive innovation? Bring your expertise in managing digital solutions to the table. Help build a knowledge base around forecasting through digital platforms that impact financial levers in the Demand Planning process at the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a clear product vision for our demand forecasting product, grounded in business outcomes, planner adoption, and measurable value creation, and communicate it effectively to senior stakeholders, partners, and the delivery team.
- Translate product vision and strategy into a prioritized, hard‑working product roadmap that balances forecast accuracy, usability, scalability, and adoption, while aligning with portfolio objectives and the wider commercial context.
- Define, track, and report quarterly product OKRs, including value and adoption metrics, ensuring alignment with portfolio‑level OKRs and evolving business priorities.
- Operate as part of the product trio with data science and engineering leads, collaborating closely to frame problems, test hypotheses, and shape solutions that balance business value, user needs, and technical considerations.
- Partner closely with demand planners and business users to continuously improve the product experience, ensuring the forecasting product supports real planning decisions rather than optimizing models in isolation.
- Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from problem framing and discovery through delivery, rollout, and post‑release impact measurement.
- Ensure user research, usability testing, and qualitative feedback are embedded into product requirements, shaping a customer‑focused product that is trusted and adopted by planners.
- Set and communicate clear product priorities and trade‑offs by maintaining an outcome‑led backlog 3–4 sprints ahead and serving as the single point of clarity for the team and senior stakeholders.
- Take ownership of writing high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly articulate business context, encouraged outcomes, and success metrics for the group.
- Actively participate in sprint planning and refinement sessions, providing clarity on intent, constraints, and success measures to enable efficient and focused delivery.
- Proactively identify product, delivery, and adoption risks early, defining mitigation plans to manage uncertainty particularly with data availability and dependencies.
- Champion a continuous delivery and experimentation culture, encouraging incremental releases that allow the team to learn quickly and deliver value against defined OKRs.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the demand forecasting solution. Share details about planning processes, forecasting logic, and business impact to improve the team’s product decisions.
Do you have what it takes?
- Shown experience as a Product Manager, working sophisticated digital or data products, ideally in supply chain, retail, or consumer goods environments.
- Strong analytical capability with a solid understanding of demand planning and statistical or machine‑learning‑based forecasting concepts, sufficient to challenge assumptions and guide trade‑offs (without needing to be a data scientist).
- Demonstrated experience driving measurable business value from data or analytics products, including defining success metrics beyond pure model accuracy (for example adoption, decision impact, or operational outcomes).
- Experience collaborating with data analysts and engineering specialists throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and experimentation through production, rollout, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to bridge commercial, operational, and technical perspectives, translating business problems into clear product outcomes and communicating effectively with both senior partners and delivery teams.
- Strong collaborator management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing decisions, aligning priorities, and creating clarity in sophisticated, cross‑functional environments.
