Join us as our next Paid Social (Digital) Marketing Manager at the LEGO Group. In this role, you will craft impactful social media campaigns across paid social and proximity channels, boosting brand awareness, footfall, and sales for LEGO Retail. You will manage media agencies, collaborate across teams, and champion digital innovation with a shopper-first mindset. We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. No relocation assistance is provided.

- Develop and execute globally focused paid social campaigns.
- Support media deployment and optimization alongside the Senior Digital Manager.
- Manage media agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Oversee creative feedback for high-quality campaign delivery.
- Implement hyper-local marketing strategies to increase store and LEGO.com traffic.
- Lead social tools and product feeds implementation, ensuring top performance.
- Contribute to building digital expertise within the team.
