Core Responsibilities
- Utilisation of current systems, tools, and automation to lead the People Insights and Analytics agenda, reporting on recruitment performance and Group/Talent KPIs.
- Support the team on regular and ad-hoc reporting in close collaboration with members of PO&D (People, Operations and Development), TA (Talent Acquisition), Talent Leadership and Executive Leadership teams.
- Deliver recruitment forecasts and insights, working with sizeable datasets to create storylines and the 'so what?' narrative behind the data.
- Drive data stewardship and literacy in our organisation, laying the foundations for the next level of people analytic practices.
