The LEGO Retail Ecommerce Growth and Optimisation team is seeking an intern to work across a range of areas within the LEGO.com retail business. The role involves optimising sales performance through digital insights and testing, driving growth in both existing and new business areas unique to LEGO.com (e.g., gift cards & Pick‑a‑Brick), and delivering cross‑functional growth initiatives.

Internship Eligibility
- Internship period (approx.): 13th July 2026 to 9th July 2027.
- Full‑time, paid, 37.5 h per week, based in our central London office (minimum 3 days per week on site).
- Applicants must be 18+ years of age at the time of the start date and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
- Applicants must be enrolled in higher education or an equivalent training program at the time of application.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of data‑led insights about the LEGO.com shopper – how they journey through LEGO.com and what influences their purchase decisions.
- Help manage data and reports efficiently, gathering data, performing analysis, and generating insights for different business areas.
- Provide support for ad‑hoc projects, covering areas such as project coordination, process design and documentation, presentation delivery, purchase order creation, and administration tasks.
- Proactively collaborate with subject‑matter experts, gaining an in‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end processes for various business development areas within LEGO.com.
Qualifications
- Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree and completing an industrial placement year course, with plans to return to study in autumn 2027.
- Solid educational foundation demonstrated through A‑level studies (or equivalent) and early university coursework.
- Strong aptitude in numerical subjects (e.g., accounting, economics, business, finance) is advantageous, though not essential for candidates with robust analytical capabilities.
- A rigorous problem‑solving mindset and passion for unlocking insights through data.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confident presentation abilities. Proficiency in English is a must.
- A team player, able and willing to contribute formally and informally to wider team activities.
- A self‑starter, keen to take initiative and able to work autonomously.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritise, and perform multiple tasks concurrently.
