Job Description
Join the LEGO Education International (LEI) team to bring our customer value proposition to life across Europe.
This is a great leadership opportunity to manage the LEGO Education business in Europe and lead a team of 9 (direct and indirect leadership), ensuring we unlock our full potential and reach more students and classrooms.
Core Responsibilities
- Market and Team Leadership: Set the vision and performance mandate for the region; embody LEGO values and drive impact of our business across Europe. Grow Germany as priority #1, while succeeding in EU funded tenders across our leading markets of Italy and Spain and Eastern Europe.
- Manage our partner network: Grow, challenge and adapt the base where required.
- Advocacy: Be a compelling and energizing advocate for Hands on Learning in market, with educators and decision makers, including government relations in priority markets.
- Market Analysis and Expansion: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the European market. Analyze and maximize the opportunity we have in baseline sales as well as large-scale tender programs.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize the reseller network across Europe, ensuring alignment with LEGO Education\’s overall business goals.
- Sales Performance Management: Coach and performance manage Account team; Monitor and analyze sales performance data from resellers, setting targets and metrics, and driving initiatives to deliver sales growth and meet revenue goals.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support resellers in increasing brand awareness and driving sales.

Working with our Go to Market partners around the world, we believe we can bring classrooms to life through hands-on learning and make a lasting impact on students.
Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive account/market and people leadership experience. Experience of online sales is essential.
- Passion for channel management, business execution and STEAM education.
- Ability to show and model critical thinking; be choiceful in growing our business with the partners. Strong and proven strategic foresight that leads to results.
- Curiosity and humility – a passion for learning, improving, and building stronger capabilities in yourself and those around you.
- Proficient digital skills and fluency with data and CRM and the confidence to act on the data.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent and professional verbal communication and writing skills (proficiency in English is essential).
- Proven people leadership capabilities, team-oriented and can work with teams globally, with ability to also show indirect management and development with team members.
- Ability to travel (1 week in 4).
