The LEGO Group’s Social Responsibility team focuses on creating meaningful impact for children in our communities, both online and offline, and delivering value for the LEGO Group. Core Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the development and global delivery of a portfolio of social impact initiatives, including existing programs and new OSIS pilots.
  • Ensure the transition from existing to new initiatives aligns with ONE Social Impact Strategy (OSIS) and create impactful, scalable initiatives for implementation across regions and functions.
  • Lead the creation of implementation content such as playbooks, guidelines, and concept material for regions, global functions, and the wider LEGO ecosystem.
  • Ensure initiatives meet existing SR MEL framework metrics, deliver shared value, and support critical metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Portfolio & Operations team; provide timely input into the annual planning process, including forecasting, target setting, budget, and headcount.
  • Manage grant processes with the LEGO Foundation from concept to reporting.
  • Supervise partnerships with key external partners for program delivery and internal teams such as LEGO Education and the Brand team.
  • Engage and manage partners across broader SR and other departments (e.g., Regional SR teams, Child Rights & Safety team, Employee Play Engagement team) to ensure initiatives deliver impact for both communities and the business.
  • Manage, develop, and build the Global Initiatives team to enable SR to deliver on OSIS and the SR Aspiration.
  • Contribute to setting direction for SR as part of the SR Leadership Team.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Seasoned leader with experience in a global corporate organization and managing a team of initiative specialists.
  • Global social impact program development and management experience with a proven track record of innovating, delivering, and evaluating impactful global initiatives.
  • Strong partner management skills to work holistically across internal teams and external partners.
