Working on a fee-sharing basis, this boutique law practice take pride in their collaborative and innovative approach to the provision of legal services, and actively empower their lawyers to become trusted advisors focussed on delivering excellent client service. j The likely workload will include contentious and non-contentious employment matters, generated from the firm’s clients and your own client work.

You will be rewarded with a market leading fee-share percentage and unlimited flexibility in working hours.

THE CANDIDATE: With upwards of 5 years PQE, you will be a skilled Employment Lawyer with experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and a ‘can do’ approach to working.

You are likely to be in a senior role with a law firm currently, but seeking a role with higher levels of reward for efforts made and an excellent work-life balance.
