A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea is looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Advisor to join its busy and successful Injury Services team. The ideal candidate will already have experience within Personal Injury as a Legal Advisor, Paralegal or Fee Earner role and be confident managing a busy workload.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You'll manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced solicitors on more complex matters, delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the claims process.
As a Personal Injury Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to conclusion. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims
- Handling Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) matters
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation using the firm's case management system
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care
- Providing support to solicitors on multi-track and complex personal injury cases
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and relevant third parties
You will have a desire to develop professionally and progress your career. Experience using the Ministry of Justice Portal would be advantageous but is not essential.
