An ambitious and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Real Estate team with the addition of an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based within one of the firm’s well-connected offices across the Thames Valley region, offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment without the pressures typically associated with larger city practices.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure to a broad and engaging mix of commercial property work. The successful candidate will advise on matters including portfolio management, lease transactions (grants, renewals, and assignments), landlord and tenant issues, and the acquisition and disposal of a wide range of commercial assets. There will also be involvement in more complex and high-value transactions such as development projects, secured lending, conditional agreements, and property elements of corporate deals. The firm prides itself on the quality and variety of its work, providing a platform for lawyers to deepen their expertise while maintaining a genuine work-life balance.

Alongside managing their own caseload, the successful candidate will play a key role within a supportive team environment collaborating with colleagues, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
