Commercial Property Partner is sought to join a leading firm based in Bristol. This is an opportunity to join a team of entrepreneurial and forward-thinking lawyers in the next phase of their exciting growth and strategy plan. The growth of this firm has been exponential over the last 5 years and shows no sign of slowing down. If you want something a little different which is exciting and incredibly fast-paced, where time doesn’t stand still, then this could be the firm for you.
The appointed Commercial Property Partner will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings together with managing your own caseload of real estate transactions. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law but may well be feeling frustrated by your current firm's direction.
You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including development and investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters. Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You MUST have a following for this role.
As the chosen Commercial Property Partner, you will play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing at the moment. You will have developed a strong network of contacts and will be a strong and motivational leader. You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support.
