- Be proactive in sourcing industry news, podcasts and papers.
- Be hospitality obsessed.
2. Be a Talent Magnet.
- Continuously seek new ways to attract and find great talent.
- Always be growing your connections and developing relationships.
- Use your network to seek referrals and new ideas.
- Co-create innovative search strategies for all job briefs.
- Masterful, selfless outreach to ensure a high response rate.
3.Identify and engage high performers.
- Engaging with candidates who are keen to hear about new opportunities.
