This is an exciting opportunity to engage and build relationships with high-calibre talent in a competitive, skills-shortage market.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth candidate qualification interviews to uncover their motivations, career goals, and alignment with client needs.
- Persuade and negotiate effectively to engage and convert passive candidates into active job seekers.
- Understand candidate motivations and get to the heart of 'why' they are considering a new role, creating tailored solutions that appeal to their needs.
- Leverage knowledge of the UK and EU recruitment markets, including compliance and relevant tools, to source, qualify, and place top-tier candidates.
- Handle recruitment processes in sectors with skills shortages, using your expertise to attract candidates who may have multiple job opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and candidate behaviour, ensuring you remain competitive and effective in the headhunting space.
Requirements:

- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced candidate sourcing tools.
- Experience working in the UK and EU markets, with a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, tools, and compliance in these regions.
- Ability to engage, persuade, and negotiate with passive candidates, turning them into active prospects.
