Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to explain their features and benefits to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- Handle Objections: Overcome customer objections and turn them into opportunities to close sales.
- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals.
- Update CRM: Keep records of customer interactions, track sales, and update databases with customer details.
