Key Responsibilities:
- 0–2 years of outbound sales, telesales, call centre or SDR experience in a phone-based role
- Conduct outbound calls to senior business and IT decision-makers
- Present a clear and professional value proposition over the phone
- Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria
- Book and confirm qualified meetings in the calendar system
- Accurately capture call outcomes and prospect details in the CRM
- Follow call scripts and sales guidelines while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Work towards weekly and monthly meeting-booking targets
