Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and booking visits for the sales team.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify high-quality engineering candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your own network.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire process from job registration to placement and aftercare.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for engineering roles.
- Client Support: Spec high-caliber candidates to prospective clients and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
- Interview Preparation & Feedback: Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure thorough post-interview feedback.
