Our client in the UK is seeking a Membership and Data Administrator to join their team. This role would be based remotely. The company is a membership-driven organization defining the standards at the heart of global trading.
This role will create opportunities for the successful candidate to understand the operation of global financial markets and have regular contact with our members, many of whom are from some of the largest financial firms across the globe.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining CRM and mailing database
- Handling registrations for conferences and other events
- Designing and executing data quality procedures
- Managing the process of onboarding and offboarding members
- Ensuring that firms are contacted in advance of annual membership renewal and any issues with renewals are managed
- Providing back-up (e.g., vacation) cover for some of our London-based team
Required skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly managing, analysing and visualising large data sets
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience using Wordpress or web content management systems
Desirable skill requirements:
- Understanding of the features and usage of CRM and email marketing systems
- Experience in event registration processes and systems
