The Role:
- Minimum 1β2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
- Write SEO-optimised, platform-specific copy in British English
- Ensure all visual content meets 1080 x 1350 formatting standards
- Manage community interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Follow specific brand guidelines, including tone and tailored hashtag use
- Collaborate with the UK team to align on campaign goals and execution
- Remain available for up to three short check-ins per day during UK hours
