The Role:

This is a senior-level sales role for a proven hunter who can originate and qualify high-value opportunities. You'll be responsible for driving strategic growth through identifying large-scale business prospects, booking top-tier sales appointments, and nurturing deals valued at £50,000+. The focus is quality over quantity connecting with key decision-makers and enabling the Managing Director to close on impactful, long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of senior B2B sales or enterprise business development experience
  • Identify, research, and qualify large enterprise leads (£50,000+ value)
  • Secure 45 high-quality director-level appointments per week
  • Build relationships with Facilities, Operations, and H&S Directors at national and multi-site organisations
  • Use a consultative approach to deeply understand client challenges and align solutions
  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline with diligent CRM usage
  • Provide market insights to inform company strategy and improve targeting
  • Support repeat business by nurturing key accounts and referrals
  • Meet KPIs related to appointment setting, deal progression, and conversion

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise-level B2B sales or strategic business development
  • Strong track record of booking qualified appointments and driving high-value deal flow
  • Confident in C-suite engagement with a consultative, insight-led approach
  • Comfortable working remotely with self-motivation and accountability
  • Able to think strategically while executing sales tasks efficiently
  • Experience in safety, compliance, or data-driven service industries is advantageous
