The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management to learn and apply proven operational and sales strategies.
  • Deliver in-person coaching and training working alongside our Business Mentors and Sales Executives.
  • Actively contribute to the growth, culture, and long-term success of The Legacy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to continuously develop professional and leadership skills.
  • Master face-to-face sales and advance toward creating, leading, and mentoring your own sales team and future sales leaders.
  • Set clear personal performance goals and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding them.
