We currently rear our own deer, Iberian pigs and Jersey cows and grow mushrooms in our fungarium.

The role:
Lead and inspire a team of colleagues from Commis Waiters to Head Waiters. To deliver an intuitive and creative dining experience.
Embody the core values of the restaurant, leading by example in all areas of restaurant conduct.
Be guest orientated, welcoming and friendly, maintain professional and respectful attitude and behavior to guests, colleagues, and other management.
Establish relationships with new guests and maintain the relationships we have with regular guests and friends of the restaurant.
Alongside senior management to be responsible for the curating and delivery of The Ledbury Training Program. Within this Program to continue to evolve and develop a learning culture to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
Demonstrate an exceptional standard of personal appearance, ensuring good personal hygiene throughout your team.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional with a passion for service to join out front of house team.
The successful candidate should be humble, poses a warm and genuine nature and have the desire to enhance every guest experience.
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a Michelin-starred restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine pairings, and culinary trends.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
