Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure the store is well-presented and fully stocked at all times, including overseeing merchandising and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
