Ready for a new challenge? Think you have what it takes to be an assistant manager? An Assistant Manager must be prepared to be at the front line and lead the team when Outlet Managers are off site. You will be able to eventually run the store with your eyes closed and who knows, one day you may even get your own store to run!

HatHats Coffee Company Assistant Managers are employed to assist the Outlet Manager, take the lead on the day-to-day operations of the outlet, and motivate our staff to provide award-winning excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the outlet
- Managing the staff on shift
- Ensuring that the outlet runs effectively
- Completing any tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager
- Taking ownership of the monthly stock takes
- Reporting discrepancies to the Outlet Manager for reconciling with the outlet budget
- Being responsible for the business when the Outlet Manager is off site or not on duty
To be successful in this role you will have had extensive customer service experience as well as amazing interpersonal skills. You should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement, and turn our spaces into 'go to' destinations in their locality and build repeat trade.

Qualifications/Experience required:
- Confident with a basic Maths and English qualification
- Any experience in the hospitality sector is a bonus but not essential
- Experience leading a team is preferable

Further Information:
- Hours: 30-37.5
- Predominantly based at our Hangloose Outlet. Training may need to take place in East Kent.
- This role requires you to be available to have shifts scheduled Monday - Sunday, including during school term-time.
