About Us: We are an independent jewellers based in Bluewater Shopping Centre. We are the forefront jewellery repair studio in the Kent and London area, specialising in resizing, cleaning & polishing, soldering, and stone sourcing & resetting. We also design and manufacture custom made engagement rings and wedding bands. Not only do we offer more than other high street jewellers, we do it all in our on-site workshop!

Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone committed to building a long‑term career, not merely seeking a job. It's crucial that you possess the confidence to interact with the general public sensitively, as you'll be tasked with handling their cherished possessions and family heirlooms. Demonstrating empathy and exceptional interpersonal skills is non‑negotiable; you must guide our customers with informed decisions using your expertise in jewellery. Jewellery knowledge is preferred but not essential. Sales experience, however, is a must. This is a fast paced and competitive industry and we want all our staff to be hungry for sales. Our staff are committed to our products and services and we will only achieve targets if you, too, are committed.

Other perks of the job include our monthly group and individual targets. Upon meeting those targets, we offer incentives such as a commission reward along with monthly perks like employee of the month. You will also benefit from sales training every week working with Grant Cardone University.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations by appointment, including in‑person, virtual meetings, and phone calls.
  • Maintain high standards of jewellery presentation and showroom appearance.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the showroom.
  • Resolve customer service challenges effectively.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via multiple channels.
  • Provide exceptional after‑care and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Follow in‑store processes to ensure cohesive and positive customer journeys.
  • Make orders, take in post, manage admin.
  • Assist with social media.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Assist in selling products to customers.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience.
