We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. Your mission is to own the essential "in-the-weeds" tasks that keep our marketing engine running. This is an execution-heavy role with success measured in timely delivery and completion of tasks. By taking ownership of our webinar coordination, web content maintenance, email creation, course listing updates, and daily communications, you will directly enable our senior team to focus on high-level strategy and content production. If you have aspirations to work in marketing, love a clean inbox, are motivated by ticking off a high-volume to-do list, and enjoy small creative tasks such as short blog-post writing, you will be a good fit.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Website & Content Maintenance: Help us maintain a high-trust, high-performance web presence through manual updates.
- New Content Ideation and Creation: Blog writing and content trend analysis.
- Email Creation and (Mass) Updates: Support the rollout of our quarterly sales email campaigns.
- Community & Inbox Management: Act as the first point of contact for our social media channels and marketing inboxes.
- Webinar & Event Coordination: Organise our thought-leader webinars and sales Q&A sessions.
Who You Are
- Efficient & Task-Oriented: You find satisfaction in executing a plan and hitting deadlines.
- Detail-Obsessed: You double-check every link and spell-check every header.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CMS platforms, Zoom, and Email Service Providers (ESPs).
- Personable: Enthusiastic and professional when collaborating with others.
- Reliable Communicator: Manage expectations and report on your progress.
- Motivated by Marketing: Keen and ambitious about progressing your career in marketing.
Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience in a marketing team.
- Strong written communication skills for email and social media responses.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- A good eye for visual design and experience with relevant tools would be a significant plus.
Why this role?
You will be an integral part of a lean, high-performing team. Your work will have an immediate, visible impact on our organic performance and lead generation. This is a great opportunity to see the "inner workings" of a successful marketing strategy while gaining hands-on experience across multiple digital channels.
