Blaze Signs Ltd is a well-established signage manufacturer dealing with a wide range of client sectors. We require a Project Co-ordinator to support the Projects team to allow them to focus on site visits and managing client and customer expectations and contractual deliverables. This role requires good communication skills, being comfortable dialoguing with the client to support the project managers and account managers where appropriate and strong administration skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Client interaction where required answering calls and e-mails with correct information and managing expectations for response.
- General administration including diary management, inbox monitoring and systems admin using a range of Microsoft office-based software and business tailored database system.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Raising and submission of site survey requests, manufacture works orders and quotations.
- Saving of all client documents within the systems.
Requirements Attributes:
- Confident personality offering excellent internal and external customer service.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to dialogue with cross functional internal teams and pick up client communication if deemed necessary.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt and use database systems.
- Flexibility with client changing deadlines.
