We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Start Date - Role available immediately for the right candidate
Location - The role is based in Hove near Brighton and you are required to be in the office 4 out of 5 days of the week. You must live within a commutable distance to our Hove office.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly Receipt Allocation
- Accounts Payable Invoice Processing
- Maintaining the accounts inbox
- Assisting with Month end payment runs (multi-currency)
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Monitoring and processing employee expenses
- General Finance support as required
- Supporting the Sales and credit control function
Qualifications:
- Experience using CRM systems and accounting software (Desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar finance role or have strong administrative experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Strong Excel skills
