Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential learners, understand their career aspirations, and recommend suitable learning paths to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective learners, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential learners via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their career goals and learning needs.
  • Provide personalised guidance and advice on suitable learning pathways and courses to help individuals achieve their career objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our learning programs to potential learners.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our course offerings, industry trends, and career development opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights to potential learners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help individuals succeed in their careers.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
