About The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll support the nursery team in providing safe, nurturing, and engaging childcare. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
- Supervising children during play and ensuring their safety at all times
- Encouraging children’s language development and self-expression
- Supporting lead practitioners in maintaining a clean, organised, and stimulating classroom environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assisting with record-keeping and progress reporting
- Taking part in training and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
