We are looking for an experienced and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming Balham team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive nursery where children are encouraged to learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment.

Your Role
- Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development
- Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS
- Track and celebrate developmental milestones
- Build positive relationships with families
- Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
- Follow safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
- A full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- A passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence
