Your Role

As a member of our Bank Staff team, you will:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, age‑appropriate activities
• Create a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
• Supervise children during play and learning, ensuring their wellbeing
• Support and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleaguesHelp maintain high standards of care and follow safeguarding policies

About You

We’re seeking flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about early years education.

Essential

• A full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Desirable

• Driving licence (helpful for travel between Weybridge and Leatherhead)
• Previous experience as a bank staff or in a flexible childcare role
