We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Bank Staff to join our teams in East Finchley and Balham. Your Role

  • Support the planning and delivery of fun, age-appropriate activities
  • Provide a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
  • Supervise play and celebrate children’s milestones
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Help maintain high standards of care and learning
  • Follow safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

We’re looking for flexible, reliable, and caring individuals with a passion for early years education.

Essential

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience in childcare (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
  • Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Desirable

  • Driving licence (helpful for travel between nurseries or outings)
  • Previous experience in a bank staff or flexible nursery role
