We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Bank Staff to join our teams in East Finchley and Balham. Your Role
- Support the planning and delivery of fun, age-appropriate activities
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
- Supervise play and celebrate children’s milestones
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Help maintain high standards of care and learning
- Follow safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
We’re looking for flexible, reliable, and caring individuals with a passion for early years education.
Essential
- Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in childcare (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
- Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Desirable
- Driving licence (helpful for travel between nurseries or outings)
- Previous experience in a bank staff or flexible nursery role
