Job Title: Senior Room Leader – Nursery / Early Years

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Pay: £29,000 to £33,000 per year (based on qualifications & experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role

• Lead a room team to deliver inspiring, age-appropriate activities
• Create a safe, nurturing environment following EYFS standards
• Observe, record, and celebrate children’s milestones
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and safeguarding

About You

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Passionate about nurturing children’s growth and supporting your team
