Your Role

  • Plan and deliver activities that meet children’s developmental needs
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
  • Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
  • Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
  • Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

  • Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
  • A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
