We’re now looking for a Centre Director to lead our nursery, ensuring outstanding standards, compliance, and growth.

The Role:
As Centre Director, You Will:
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of early years professionals.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Manage nursery operations, including staffing, ratios and rotas.
- Drive occupancy, parent satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Build trusted relationships with families, staff, and external partners.
Essential About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing an early years setting.
- Proven success in leading a nursery rated Good or Outstanding.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, child protection and health & safety.
- Leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training.
Desirable:
- Experience in budget management and staff deployment.
- Coaching/mentoring experience.
- Degree in Early Childhood Studies, EYTT or QTS.
