Deputy Manager: As a Deputy Manager, you are a TLE Happiness Ambassador. You are passionate about creating a happy and safe space that ensures our little learners have the best environment to Learn, Play, and Grow. As a TLE Happiness Ambassador, you will be fully equipped to share TLE’s world class curriculum, state of the art technology, characters, and programs. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current families and ensuring they experience why Happy Happens Here. Job Description: * Model outstanding care that helps children to develop and meets their individual needs. * Ensure that the team are providing rich learning environments that are stimulating and inspiring for the children both indoors and outdoors. * Lead, mentor, inspire and influence the team to deliver outstanding care and education opportunities and experiences.
